Looking for freedom
So the Mavs won in overtime last night, and there was much rejoicing in The Man Room.
One of the most disturbing news items that came out of the epic 7-game series with San Antonio is that Dirk Nowitzki sings a song to himself to calm down when he’s at the free throw line. A David Hasselhoff song. It’s “Looking for Freedom,” a big hit when Dirk was growing up back home in Germany. You gotta check out the classic music video on YouTube.
Whatever works, if it helps the Mavs keep winning.
