The party’s over

One way to tell when The Great State Fair of Texas is over: when you’re following a giant carnival ride on the freeway not too far from Fair Park.

We didn’t make it to the fair this year, so we missed out on all sorts of great delicacies like Fried Twinkies, Fried Oreos, Fried Coke and Fletcher’s corn dogs. I think we’ll definitely have to make it next year.
